Thuru Store is a Sri Lankan online plant and gardening store offering plants, gardening supplies, fertilizers, grow media, landscaping-related products, and eco-friendly solutions by Vibhava Solutions Pvt Ltd.

By using this website, placing an order, or communicating with us, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in Sri Lanka.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

3. Products & Availability

  • All plants and products are subject to availability.
  • Since plants are living items, sizes, colors, leaf conditions, and shapes may naturally vary from images shown on the website.
  • Product images are for reference purposes only.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather, courier availability, and product type.
  • Live plants may experience minor transport stress during delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and contact numbers.
  • Additional delivery charges may apply for difficult-access locations or bulk orders.

6. Plant Care Responsibility

Once delivered, customers are responsible for:

  • Proper watering
  • Sunlight exposure
  • Repotting if necessary
  • Pest management
  • General plant care

Plant survival depends on environmental conditions and customer care practices.

We do not guarantee plant survival after delivery.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for detailed information regarding damaged, incorrect, or defective items.

Live plants are generally non-returnable due to their perishable nature.

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once dispatched, live plant orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Refunds for approved cancellations may take 14 working days.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content including:

  • Logos
  • Images
  • Product descriptions
  • Graphics
  • Branding
  • Text content

belongs to Thuru Store unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited.

10. User Conduct
